What is your returns policy?

If the product is damaged or faulty, please email junipermoonshop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the problem so we can help you accordingly! 

If you're looking to return an order/item that isn't damaged or faulty, we only accept returns if the product is unopened and in its original packaging. If this is the case, please email junipermoonshop@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and we will respond with the next steps within 24 hours. Unfortunately, we won't cover the cost of postage for this. 

 

Do you ship to my country?

We currently only ship to the UK.

 

How long will delivery take?

All mail is sent via Royal Mail.

 

Uk delivery should take between 2-5 working days to arrive after dispatch.

 

Please note that due to Covid delays, mail may take an extra few days to arrive safely to your destination.

 

If you fear your parcel has got lost, please email us at junipermoonshop@gmail.com with your order number and we will do some top notch investigating.
