If you have a query, feel free to drop us an email at email@example.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We aim to respond within 24 hours, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. This may differ at busy times.
Do you ship to my country?
We currently only ship within the UK.
We can only send the order to the address you have input so please double check this is correct.
How long will delivery take?
As each item is specifically made to order, it will usually take 2-4 business days to make and dispatch the goods, but it may be longer at busy times.
Once dispatched, delivery should take between 2-5 working days to arrive.
All orders are sent using the Royal Mail tracked service. Your shipping confirmation email will include a link to track your parcel.
(If you have ordered both home/stationery and apparel, the items are sent as separate orders)
Home decor/Stationery -
All mail is sent via Royal Mail.
Delivery should take between 2-5 working days to arrive after dispatch.
If the order is sent via the tracked service, a shipping confirmation email will include a link to track your order.
Shipping (postage and packing) fees are calculated at checkout depending on the size and weight of your order.
Please note that due to unavoidable delays and at busy times mail may take an extra few days to arrive safely at your destination.
If you fear your parcel has got lost, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will investigate.
We hope you are happy with your order. If, however, the product arrives faulty in any way, please email email@example.com within 14 days of delivery with a clear photo of the problem so we can look into the matter and help you accordingly.
If you're looking to return an item that isn't damaged or faulty, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of delivery and we will respond with the next steps.
Goods must be returned in the same condition as they were sold. Made to order apparel items are exempt from exchange.
Unfortunately, we won't cover the cost of return postage if an item isn’t faulty and recommend you get a Certificate of Posting from Royal Mail as we are not responsible for returns that do not reach us.
We cannot amend the sizing or style or cancel any items of clothing after the order has been placed. Please double check you have selected the correct size before ordering. Each item is made to order and a sizing guide is available for you on each product page.
We take care in our product listings and try to include as many photos as possible however, browser systems on differing computers may not show an accurate representation of colour. We cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by this.
The prices quoted on our website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in (£) sterling and inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at 20%.
